H- Town Boys!!

Hey Hey! It is your boy out here in Oregon! I hope you are all doing well! I am doing pretty dang good to say so for myself! Lots of crazy things happened this week and I have loved working for the first time in a while! This week was absolutely nuts! Lets get right into it! 



Most of this week consisted of transfers! Tuesday was really interesting because we were kind of just done. We knew with the transfers coming that a change was bound to happen. And we were right! We learned Tuesday that I would be training again! I have 4 sons now! Sooner or later imma become a grandpa! President also told me that I would be training my Buddy Parker Seegmiller from home!! I learned late last year that he was coming to the mission and I like joked with a couple others saying I should train him! And here we are! 



Wednesday consisted of mostly packing for Elder Winkley. We went and visited with some of the awesome members he wanted to say hi to. It was a sad day for him. Thursday was transfer day! The transfer van showed up around noon and both of us jumped on the van to head up to Eugene. I got to stay the night up there. I hungout with my good freinds Elder Bousfield and Elder Scott in the creswell area! We went and visited lots of members there and just got to chill for a little bit! The mission office pretty much gave us a car and said go make yourself useful. So we visited with all the awesome members in the creswell area! It was awesome!



Friday I picked up Elder Seegmiller at the office! We stuck around at the mission office doing interviews and whatever else. Lots of the day was just figuring that stuff out! We left for medford around 5 and we ended up getting home around 8. It was kind of fun seeing a couple of the Elders I am good friends with! I did have to say goodbye to my father Elder Kobob Hansen this week! He headed home on friday!



Otherwise! I dont know what else to say! This week was definitely interesting! We just got Parker settled in and got him introduced to at least the awesome members in the Medford 6th ward! Ready to start grinding this week! It will be amazing!

Hello everyone! No I did not forget to write my email this week. It was really weird last night and this morning and so I decided it was fine to write it tonight. I hope everyone is doing well! This week was full of ups and downs so lets get right into it.  Nostalgia On Tuesday I had the opportunity to go on an exchange with my old companion Elder Holmes. He was one of my favorites so I was very excited to see him and work with him for the day! We decided to make some chicken wings for nostalgic purposes. When we were together over a year ago the ward was not the best at feeding us. So we would make these chicken wings that had a delicious sauce that we had. It was a combination of Parmeson Garlic Buffalo Wild Wings and chic-fil-a sauce! Dont knock it till you try it. Though you dont need to look at the nutrition label when you are eating them. Birthday!

Hello people of the email list! Welcome to this weeks email! This week was kind of slow except for the last couple days so I guess lets get into it.  John's situation: Well we learned that my good friend and only progressing person that we are teaching had his hours changed. So that means he cannot really do our 3 meetings a week and it might be back to 1. We are hoping that he will want to meet with us at his own home. I guess this is the ultimate test of faith. Does he really want to keep progressing or does he want to just drop it right there? I guess we will find out! District council: This week in district council we talked a ton about Covenants and how important they are. President Nelson talks about how once you make a covenant with our Heavenly Father it is like a chain. He will never give up on you. Hanging Out With An Instagram Star!

Hello Hello my friends and my family! I hope you are all doing well! Thank you all for the birthday wishes! Especially the Gilbertsons for driving all the way from Merlin to come hangout with me! I love you guys! I appreciate the support! Now I cant blame all my problems on my troubled teenage years! But dont worry, I know guys that never seem to grow out of being a teenager! ;) *Cough* my dad *Cough.  Anyways, This week has been really interesting! Ever since ive been put into the area I feel like I have been struggling. I went from Merlin to here. Where we were teaching a ton of people to nobody. So this week I decided to put my head down and just get as much done as possible.  Last week at interviews I was talking to president and he told me he has been wanting to change our area as well as the area next to ours to a bike share area.
