Do You Know The Muffin Man!?

So my comp and I are high. It must be from being here in Merlin. There is a weed farm about every half mile. It has been a very very relaxing time here. 


Anyways, you guys are here to listen to me rant about my area and like hear what I am doing I guess. So here we go. 


Oregon Caves
So we went to these caves that were over in the cave junction. We Loved it actually. We had like a 90 minute guided tour with some dude named David. There are pictures down below. Kind of similair to when we went to the Lehman caves a little while back when I was home. 


Visiting Meddy!
We got to go down to the temple with a couple of reactivated members in our ward. We thought that they would be ready for the endowment by that time because I thought he was an Elder already but it turns out he was not. We ended up doing just baptisms and confirmaations with them which was still so so fun. 


I really have no idea what else that was exciting we could talk about this week. We just finished playing guitar with the Garcias. So now I want to find a guitar to play with the rest of the mission I had one in Springfield but i never had a way to tune it so i couldnt play it. plus it was annoying to carry. But maybe if i actually try to play it it would be fun. You know?

Hello everyone! No I did not forget to write my email this week. It was really weird last night and this morning and so I decided it was fine to write it tonight. I hope everyone is doing well! This week was full of ups and downs so lets get right into it.  Nostalgia On Tuesday I had the opportunity to go on an exchange with my old companion Elder Holmes. He was one of my favorites so I was very excited to see him and work with him for the day! We decided to make some chicken wings for nostalgic purposes. When we were together over a year ago the ward was not the best at feeding us. So we would make these chicken wings that had a delicious sauce that we had. Birthday!

Hello people of the email list! Welcome to this weeks email! This week was kind of slow except for the last couple days so I guess lets get into it.  John's situation: Well we learned that my good friend and only progressing person that we are teaching had his hours changed. So that means he cannot really do our 3 meetings a week and it might be back to 1. We are hoping that he will want to meet with us at his own home. I guess this is the ultimate test of faith. Does he really want to keep progressing or does he want to just drop it right there? I guess we will find out! District council: This week in district council we talked a ton about Covenants and how important they are. President Nelson talks about how once you make a covenant with our Heavenly Father it is like a chain. He will never give up on you. Hanging Out With An Instagram Star!

Hello Hello my friends and my family! I hope you are all doing well! Thank you all for the birthday wishes! Especially the Gilbertsons for driving all the way from Merlin to come hangout with me! I love you guys! I appreciate the support! Now I cant blame all my problems on my troubled teenage years! But dont worry, I know guys that never seem to grow out of being a teenager! ;) *Cough* my dad *Cough.  Anyways, This week has been really interesting! Ever since ive been put into the area I feel like I have been struggling. I went from Merlin to here. Where we were teaching a ton of people to nobody. So this week I decided to put my head down and just get as much done as possible.  Last week at interviews I was talking to president and he told me he has been wanting to change our area as well as the area next to ours to a bike share area.
