Well Hello people of the email list! This is your weekly reminder of me and my life. Congrats! I got transfered last week! So now I am in the big city now! I thought for sure that Medford was big but I had no idea how big Eugene and Springfield is. So there you go! Here are the highlights for the week. My Companions! So my new companions here in springfield are Elder Mortensen and Elder Wilson. You might remember Mortensen from previous emails because he was in Central Point when I first got there so it is kind of cool to reunite wih him. He is like 30 feet tall and he was part of the Marine Corp before the mission. He is pretty cool! My other companion is Elder Wilson. He has been out for like 5 months and this is his first area. He is going to be here for 4 transfers. He is pretty cool too. He is from Bunkerville Nevada which is pretty close to Mesquite. Both of them are pretty awesome. I am excited to serve with them both. Hello people of the email list! I am going to make this short because this week was not that crazy and It is late here! SICK of missionary work! Just kidding! The title of this paragraph is misleading and the truth is Elder Holmes was just sick all day Tuesday and we didnt get to do any missionary work! I did study a lot though which I feel was a good use of my time!  Torr and the mystery of the broken door I feel like half of my emails home have something to do with Torr in them! This one is no different! He ran into some elders in the Medford zone and he invited them to come hangout at his house again! So we coordinate that and we all go over there! It honestly was a highlight of my mission. We got to have some delicious food, Jimmy rig Torr's door so it shuts again and sat around the campfire talking about Jesus Christ with Torr! He loves us! He trusts Elder Holmes and I so much that he told us where his house key is. I dont understnand why. I guess we are just trustworthy! Don ...

Holy Smokes people. It has gone by so quickly. I cannot believe that it is time for me to write yet another email. It is your weekly reminder I am still living and breathing. So here you go! Blackberries Tuesday we get asked if we can go help out with a service with our zone leaders. They told us that it is the funnest service but didnt want us to know what it was. So we show up and they have a giagantic wall of blackberry bushes! They said they had a giant flooding problem and they felt like the problem was under the wall of bushes. So we put on the thickest gloves we could and get to work pulling these bushes and cutting and hacking and pulling some more to get them out! Kind of fun to be honest. I havent done a real service project since lakeview and I do miss actual work. So that was fun! Hello people of the email list. It is that time of the week again and this is my weekly reminder that I am still kicking. Lets get into the highlights! Exchanges! Tuesday I went on exchanges with the zone leaders! Elder Fawson is such a good missionary! He is motivated and just such a good missionary. I got to do 3 different lessons with him. We worked super well together. I feel like I never get to teach in my area. Elder Holmes is very overpowering and I feel like we dont teach in unity. I guess it is something to work on.  Temple Trip! Wednesday was our pday! That is why I did not message people that day. Sorry about that. Anyway, I got to go through for my grandpa Slaughter! This was such a cool experience because it was someone I actually knew. I decided to pray to ask for a affirmation from the lord.
