I Havent Showered Since Last Year!

Im just joking, Yes I did shower before church! But it is still funny to say that to some people. They just think your either very gross or funny. 
Anyways, it is the new year! Holy smokes! I did not know that when you become old the years go by like a flash! It feels just like yesterday that I was graduating High School! Or celebrating last New years with my family! This year has been one of the most chaotic years of my life. So much has happened! 


One thing I wanted to mention before I get started is the importance of Goals! Thoughts lead into action. Goals make actions that seem almost impossible possible. Just take the first small step. I have set up some spiritual Goals for myself this next coming year. I want to follow Come follow me every week this year. I am going to do this by studying it for little bits of my personal study every day as well as have a more in depth one Thursday morning. I promise that as all of us seek to make spiritual goals, Heavenly Father will bless us. He will help us through it. So, Go set those goals!!


Alright mission stuff now. Here are the highlights of the week. 


Hanging out with Elder Radcliff
I went on exchanges on Tuesday with Elder Radcliff and it was hilarious because he felt like he should keep the Greenies together which meant him and I got to hangout. So we got to test the knowledge of our greenies and see if they can plan out the day without us. Well sorta we still helped them plan it out throughout the day through calls and such. We are very nice Dads. Anyways, we had a strange service where we just emptied this ladies shed. She ended up giving us a charcoal grill she was going to get rid of and now we have it and have no idea what to do with it. We might give it to spanish or eagle point because their apartments are bigger. We also did some pretty productive public finding at petsmart with a chinchilla. 


Putting up Canopies for the homeless
The spanish elders call us up Wednesday evening and asked if we could help them with a service putting up canopies for the homeless because some of them got damaged in a crazy storm we had the night before. So we head over there and put up these canopies in 2 hours. Well 3 of the 10. We had no idea how long it took to put up these things. Especially when we only had one socket wrench between 3 different parties. 


Lonely New years
On new years we actually had no members offer to hangout with us. So we did the next best thing. We hungout by ourselves, went and got some cream soda and ice cream. And made a delicious porkchop dinner with baked potatoes! It was delicious! We are such good cooks here at the Medford 3rd ward! You guys dont even know! 


Anyways, that is this week! Super lame i know but I guess that is how life goes sometimes! Youll have to let me know a couple of your new spiritual goals! Maybe I can use some of them too! I love you all and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!

Hello everyone! No I did not forget to write my email this week. It was really weird last night and this morning and so I decided it was fine to write it tonight. I hope everyone is doing well! This week was full of ups and downs so lets get right into it.  Nostalgia On Tuesday I had the opportunity to go on an exchange with my old companion Elder Holmes. Birthday!

Hello people of the email list! Welcome to this weeks email! This week was kind of slow except for the last couple days so I guess lets get into it.  John's situation: Well we learned that my good friend and only progressing person that we are teaching had his hours changed. So that means he cannot really do our 3 meetings a week and it might be back to 1. We are hoping that he will want to meet with us at his own home. I guess this is the ultimate test of faith. Does he really want to keep progressing or does he want to just drop it right there? I guess we will find out! District council: This week in district council we talked a ton about Covenants and how important they are. President Nelson talks about how once you make a covenant with our Heavenly Father it is like a chain. He will never give up on you. Hanging Out With An Instagram Star!

Hello Hello my friends and my family! I hope you are all doing well! Thank you all for the birthday wishes! Especially the Gilbertsons for driving all the way from Merlin to come hangout with me! I love you guys! I appreciate the support! Now I cant blame all my problems on my troubled teenage years! But dont worry, I know guys that never seem to grow out of being a teenager! ;) *Cough* my dad *Cough.  Anyways, This week has been really interesting! Ever since ive been put into the area I feel like I have been struggling. I went from Merlin to here. Where we were teaching a ton of people to nobody. So this week I decided to put my head down and just get as much done as possible.  Last week at interviews I was talking to president and he told me he has been wanting to change our area as well as the area next to ours to a bike share area.
