Sugar!!!

Hello friends and family! Hope you are all doing well! I had an amazing week this week! Super eventful lets just say.

Tuesday we had a lesson! Like an actual lesson. My second one of the mission! We just could not find anyone and it is ridiculous how not ready the people here are to hear the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Her name was Jasmine. Her mom and her have had us come help out with various projects around the house and we asked if she would want to hear a message and she said yes. So this lesson went great! We invited Sister Bates to come with us because we figured she was very relateable and super fun! We will have to see how well she progresses and stuff. Chevy will have to let me know.

Wednesday we had only one service and then a dinner. We went over and helped Sister Stacie pack up a lot of her stuff because she is spending the winter in Idaho with her son so that was fun. Her daughter I guess (Who is a nonmember) decided that since we have been helping her out with a bunch of projects she would give us a bit of a treat box. It was ridiculous how much treats were in that box. It was so crazy. I appreciate the good people out in the world everywhere! They are everywhere. You just need to know where to look.

We went to the Bates house for dinner and it was a blast like always. The kids "tricked" me into eating a hot pepper that I knew was going to kick my butt so Brother Bates ate one with me. He was like, "There has to be some scripture that is about suffering with your friends" As we both ate this hot pepper that made us suffer for 10 min straight. Water does not work!! Just For you Information.

Thursday was super super busy! We went and helped out this lady named Rhonda rake a bunch of leaves and it was good! She runs the "Animal House" Here in town so she is pretty much the pound where people come drop off their animals here in LakeView. She is a nice lady! After that we went and helped Adrianna move into her new apartment!!!! It is so exciting she was able to get it! I am so excited for her! It is an absolute miracle that she has accomplished what she has. She has pretty much came from the slumps to now becoming babtised and has a brand new apartment! God works in Mysterious ways! So Cool!!

Later that night we went and visited a museum to help support one of the ward members who is in charge of it. It was a cool opportunity to learn a little more about LakeView and i was very glad we went! I also was able to meet up with this lady named Stacy that worked with Me at the Spade and Neutering Clinic and I was able to give her the missionaries phone number and so maybe she will be able to get in contact with them. Like I said God works in mysterious ways.

Saturday we went and helped Adrianna more with moving in her house. Her story is so cool! Later we went and helped this lady move a picnic table and then we went to the Chili-cook off and trunk or treat thing the ward did. The missionaries I guess were supposed to judge the maybe dozen chilis and pick a winner. Kind of a fun thing I did not know was going to happen! We also had a ton of people that were nonmembers there I was able to introduce myself to. Jasmine and her Mom came and that was pretty exciting! Fun to see them there!

Sunday was one of the best and worst times ever. Transfer day came! So we were anxious all day just waiting to see what would happen to us and to see where we would be going if we do leave. We had an amazing Sunday service where Brother Bates got called as second counselor in the bishopric and Bishop Bybee who has been serving for 9 years got released. Then after church we went and visited with the Voelkels and ate dinner with them.

Then the news happened. Drum Roll Please....... I am getting transfered to Central Point, Medford third ward. I dont know how to feel about it yet just because I am going to miss Lakeview so so much. I feel like it is going to be so sad for me to leave but I also feel like that it is where God sent me. There is a reason for it. I will give more information about the area next email because I leave tomorrow morning.

Well guys, There is so much that is awaiting me as I head up to Central Point. It will be good.

Questions: I have been thinking a lot about coincidences this week. I had a bunch of cool ones that would not have happened if I chose to do something else. Are coincidences a thing? Or is it God providing a way to meet up with someone that needs to hear from you? Have you guys had any cool experiences similiar?

I love you all and pray for you all everyday. I hope you all have an amazing week and I will talk to you guys next week from Central Point! Take Care!
